Manor Hi Build Vinyl

Composition Based on a modified vinyl resin, pigmented with suitably
selected pigments, and modified zinc phosphate anticorrosive
pigment.

Volume Solids 34% for semi-matt black 37% for MIO
Weight Solids 45% for semi-matt black 58% for MIO

VOC content 580 gm/litre for semi-matt black
550 gm/litre for MIO

Supply viscosity 5 poise at 20oC

Typical film thickness 210 microns wet and 75 microns dry.

Coverage Theoretical coverage is 4.5 sq. metres/litre at 210 microns wet
film thickness.

Dry heat resistance 60oC

Flash Point Within the range 21 – 31oC
