The intumescent fire sleeves allow plastic ducts passing through fire compartment wall and floors to be protected from the ingress of fire. This is done through a chemical reaction which causes the intumescent to swell and close the penetration in the event of a fire. Suitable for masonry walls or plasterboard partitions.
