CY360 is a cyanoacrylate activator made from aliphatic hydrocarbons and supplied in an easy-to-use handheld aerosol.

Usage/purpose

CY360 is a cyanoacrylate activator supplied in an easy-to-use handheld aerosol. It can be used in conjunction with any of the illbruck range of cyanoacrylate adhesives to create an instant high strength bond. CY360 is used to accelerate and improve the bonding of CY300 adhesive, particularly for mitred MDF joints during the assembly of valances, pelmets and decorative trims in the installation of kitchen units and fitted bedroom and oce furniture.

The substrates to be bonded must be close fitting. Surfaces must be degreased and clean before bonding. The product is not suitable for permanent glass bonding or applications where the joint may be immersed in water.

Safety data sheet must be read and understood before use.
