FSi PipeBloc PWP Intumescent Pipe Wraps are meticulously engineered and rigorously tested to effectively seal service penetrations in apertures containing combustible plastic pipes. Leveraging advanced intumescent technologies, these wraps rapidly expand in the presence of heat or fire, expanding up to 25 times their original size. This swift expansion fills voids left by combusting materials, exerting pressure on the surrounding substrate to maintain the fire resistance of the compartment.

Designed to reinstate fire resistance through walls and floors, PipeBloc PWP wraps can seal combustible plastic pipe penetrations ranging from 40-160mm in diameter. They have undergone extensive testing with various plastics like PVC, HDPE, PP, and PE, ensuring reliable performance over their assumed working life of 25 years. Suitable for internal use, these wraps boast high-performance intumescent properties and allow mechanical movement of pipes.

Manufactured and tested alongside the entire FSi Fire Stopping range in the UK, PipeBloc PWP wraps comply with internationally recognized standards, including Certifire, CE marking, and UL Listings. Their ultra-thin design enables installation in tight spaces, making them ideal for flexible walls, rigid walls, rigid floor constructions, and Batt seals. Compatible with a wide range of plastic pipes and end capping configurations, these wraps form a robust penetration seal, reinstating the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions.
