Linear Gap Seal 

Offering up to a 4 hour fire rating to BS476 Part 20 

Stopseal Linear Gap Seal is supplied in 1m lengths comprising of an elastomeric acoustic foam laminated with a graphite intumescent compound on both sides.  Available in various thicknesses and widths to suit a wide range of gap sizes, the seal has been designed to perform as a 2 or 4 hour barrier in construction movement joints.  A flexible yet extremely durable water resistant seal that expands when exposed to heat, it can be used as a fire barrier inside trunking allowing the installation of further cables.  Other common applications include expansion joints, gap sealing, linear gaps, concrete floor and wall joints, wall and floor slab joints, steel joists and girders.
