Returns & Refunds

Standard products may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase provided that the customer has informed in writing and has written agreement from the Fire Stopping Shop to such a return. Following this, 14 days will be provided to the customer to return the goods to the Fire Stopping Shop. No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense to the original source of supply as specified by Fire Stopping Shop and a re-stocking charge of 30% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by Fire Stopping Shop. Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.

If goods and/or original packaging have been opened, then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new and therefore a refund cannot be offered.

We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been especially made to a specific requirement.

Return shipment will be at the buyers cost. We cannot arrange a third party collection on your behalf. When returning goods, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure a reliable carrier is used who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. The buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
