Usage/purpose

CY340 is a 2 part kit comprising a high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and a spray-applied activator. The high viscosity adhesive has excellent gap filling properties, while the activator accelerates curing speed and improves final bond strength. CY340 is ideal for the rapid bonding of mitred MDF joints during the assembly of valances, pelmets and decorative trims in the installation of kitchen units and fitted bedroom and oce furniture. Other uses include the rapid bonding of plastics, rubbers and wood.

The substrates to be bonded must be close fitting. Surfaces must be degreased and clean before bonding. The product is not suitable for permanent glass bonding or applications where the joint may be immersed in water.
