Application:

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry, and free of dust and grease

Remove loose or flaking material

Sand glossy surfaces to provide a key

Prime raw wood with WRX Trade Wood Primer & Undercoat

Prime bare metal surfaces with WRX Trade Antirust Paint

Wait at least 6 hours for the primer to dry before applying the final coat

Application Method:

Stir well before and during use

Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray

For airless application: Pressure 120-140 bar, Nozzle angle 50°, Nozzle size 0.015”

Thin up to 5% with clean water if required

Clean equipment with warm water and soap

Two coats recommended; additional coats may be needed for darker colours

Storage and Handling:

Storage: Store in dry conditions, protect from direct sunlight, frost, and extreme temperatures

Handling: Use in well-ventilated areas; avoid release into the environment
