Preparation:

Volume Solids : 36%
Coverage : Up to 12 m² per litre

Wet Film Thickness : 83 micrometres at 12 m² per litre

Dry Film Thickness : 30 micrometres at 12 m² per litre

Drying Time : Touch dry in 30 minutes under normal conditions Allow 6 hours between coats

VOC Content : Max 33 g/l, low VOC (0.30-7.99%)

Application:

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry, and free from dust and grease.

Remove loose or flaking material.

Sand previously painted surfaces with fine abrasive paper.

Treat knots and resinous areas with an appropriate knotting solution.

Spot prime exposed ferrous metal with an appropriate metal primer.

Application Method:

Stir well before use.

Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray.

For best results, apply evenly along the grain of the wood.

A second coat serves as an excellent undercoat for gloss finishes.

Airless Spray: Pressure 120-140 bar, Nozzle angle 50°, Nozzle size 0.015”.

Thinning: Ready to use, can be thinned up to 5% with clean water.

Cleaning: Clean equipment with warm water and soap.

Storage and Handling:

Storage: Store in dry conditions, protect from direct sunlight, frost, and extreme temperatures.

Handling: Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid release into the environment.

IF ON SKIN : Wash with plenty of soap and water.

IF IN EYES : Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Additional Warnings:

Contains a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, which may cause an allergic reaction.
